Tax Free World Association Members are all suppliers of products to the Duty Free and Travel Retail outlets worldwide. Member companies elect representatives from their own sectors to form a Management Committee which defines the policy of the Association. TFWA 's office is staffed by a dedicated team of professionals who implement these policies and ensure the day-to-day management of the activities.
In October 2007, a new status of Affiliated Membership was created, made up of retailers and operators via their associations’ elected representatives. Under the Presidency of the Association, the Affiliated Members Group will be influential in several key areas; the aim being to improve external communication, thereby raising the industry profile and defending its interests.
