The Exhibition Directory is a fully searchable database of participating companies, enabling pre-registered visitors and exhibitors to search, browse and compile and print personalised lists of exhibitors and – for exhibitors only – pre-registered visitors. This opportunity is open to all exhibiting companies wishing to advertise in the exhibitor part of the directory and, with a useful life spanning from 6 weeks before the event to six months after, is an ideal way to prolong your event-related promotional campaign.

The printed guide has a print run of 4,000 copies and is distributed to all exhibitors and pre-registered visitors one month before the show. With contact details for all exhibitors and pre-registered visitors, it is an essential year-round reference book for the duty free and travel-retail market. Don’t forget the press...
As an exhibiting company TFWA will provide you with a press and public relations manual to assist you with your promotional campaign. Make sure that you inform the press about any new product launches or events you may be holding during the exhibition week which could be included in show preview issues.
The manual includes contact details for the key trade journals and international business media covering the show. All press releases sent to the TFWA Press Office by exhibitors will be published on the website and a copy sent to the editor of the onsite TFWA Daily magazine.
