To exhibit at TFWA World Exhibition, please see the basic requirements and complete the application form herebelow. What is required: The company must be:
- a brand owner
or
- a worldwide distributor/licensee (license can be limited to the Asia-Pacific region for TFWA Asia Pacific exhibition applications). Distributors/licensees should provide an official letter from the brand owner stating their worldwide distribution rights or his official consent for their participation to the exhibition(s).
In the event of a change in distribution rights / brand license, the Management Committee may review the company's participation.

The company must show a commitment to the duty free and travel retail industry.
