Access 2012 conference & workshops videos highlights

In 2012, over 900 people heard presentations from former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, JC Decaux joint CEO Jean-Charles Decaux, corporate strategic advisor Kjell Nordström and TFWA president Erik Juul-Mortensen. Two workshops tackled emotional intelligence, social media and mobile technology in travel retail together with airlines and shopper insight in emerging markets.
