The “ONE2ONE” lounge welcomed stakeholders who wished to meet with key decision makers from Asia Pacific airports. 124 pre-organised meetings in 3 days Key Asian airports participated in the ONE2ONE business meetings with their peers, exhibitors, duty free operators and airport investors during the 3 days of exhibition. While meetings with exhibitors took place on their stands, all other meetings took place in the ONE2ONE lounge which offered 5 confidential meeting rooms.

More testimonials Be there next year! TFWA Asia Pacific and Gate ONE2ONE will be held on 11-14 May 2009. The programme will feature a full day of conference & workshops on Monday 11 May, followed by 3 full working days of exhibition, during which the ONE2ONE business meetings will take place.
How to apply?
1- Only exhibiting brands, airport authorities, airport service concessionaires (F&B, Advertising…), duty free & travel retail operators and airlines are eligible to apply for the ONE2ONE business pre-scheduled meetings.
2- Please note that delegates must register for the conference and exhibition to be considered.
3- Most of the meetings are arranged prior to the event. However, the “ONE2ONE” lounge is also available throughout the week for other meetings between eligible delegates.
