
TFWA undertakes consumer research studies as one of the three cornerstones of the Association. Commerce today trades in information, and the travel retail industry is no different. Current data on consumer travel and spending is critical to an industry which trades in a vulnerable and sometimes volatile environment. To glean the best in trade and consumer research, TFWA often partners with like-minded or specialist organisations with valuable access or insight. Such key alliances and partnerships ensure TFWA maintains its reputation for producing actionable research…by the trade and for the trade. Research reports are sent to all TFWA members on a complimentary basis and can be obtained from TFWA by other interested parties.
