Management Committee & Board The Association is managed by a Management Committee composed of 36 members nominated from amongst the Association’s members and elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting. The period of office of the Management Committee members is 2 years. For the Board it is also two years, and an election for the President takes place annually.
The Management Committee, which meets at least once every 3 months, elects a Board composed of a President and 5 Vice Presidents, each of which manage a Committee to discuss policy and administration issues pertaining to the Association:

• TFWA Marketing Sub-Committee
• TFWA Corporate Sub-Committee
• TFWA Conferences & Research Sub-Committee
• TFWA Finance Sub-Committee
The Board is responsible for controlling the implementation of TFWA’s strategy, as well as supervising the activity of its permanent staff TFWA Permanent Staff • Administration and Financial Department
