The traditional focus on Asia Pacific evolves this year to focus on two fast growing markets for the duty free and travel retail industry. Brazil and Russia will feature in the programme with a focus on both supply and demand : how the aviation infrastructure is growing in these markets and the opportunities for travel retail alongside a look at consumer behaviour in Russia and Brazil. From Asia Pacific the session will focus specifically on China, the source of immense tourism growth in Asia Pacific and beyond. Insights into the opportunities and challenges as well as the consumer behaviour among Chinese travellers will be discussed.
