Conference & Workshops
Navigating Through Change
A new format in two morning sessions blended industry overview, geopolitical insight and a glance into the future with perspectives from three major retailers. Delegates seemed to approve, with attendance 17% up versus 2015.
Conference: Rapid Reaction
Find out what the audience made of the morning’s individual presentations. Delegates share their on-the-spot thoughts straight to camera after both plenary sessions.
Workshops: Food for Thought
Three workshops, three crucial topics: the flourishing off-airport duty free sector, the influential millennial traveller and the many external, often regulatory challenges facing the industry. Nearly 1,200 delegates attended.
Conviviality came to the fore in a networking programme that combined sporting and social events. From tai chi on the roof of the Marina Bay Sands to dancing on Sentosa Island’s Mambo Beach, delegates mixed and mingled with brio.
