Abu Dhabi Airports Company has embraced the boldness espoused by conference keynote speaker Shaun Smith; the latest example is Shop-Dine-Unwind, ADAC’s unique commercial retail, dining and lounge brand, launched at TFWA Asia Pacific & GATE ONE2ONE.
‘He who dares wins’ may sound like a cliché, but according to conference keynote speaker Shaun Smith it is a motif that companies must take to heart if they want to differentiate themselves from the competition. And conference sponsor Abu Dhabi Airports Company proved a good example of that principle at TFWA Asia Pacific & GATE ONE2ONE as it launched its new commercial branding Shop-Dine-Unwind, with which it hopes to redefine the airport experience.

Shop-Dine-Unwind is intended to create a world-class passenger experience at its airports, centred on a strong retail and catering offer and reinforced by a focus on passenger comfort and convenience throughout the terminal. In the video below, Abu Dhabi Airports Company vice president of non-aeronautical revenues and business development Dan Cappell explains how that vision relates to Shaun Smith’s conviction that companies must be bold and different to encourage customer loyalty and, ultimately, business growth.
