TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference
TFWA Asia Pacific & Conference 2025

TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2025 (11-15 May in Singapore) adopts an innovative look and feel for its exhibition space while upgrading the networking offer at duty free’s key regional summit.

The 2025 edition of Asia’s leading duty free and travel retail event, TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference, is getting a makeover. Running 11-15 May at the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) in Singapore, the summit’s Exhibition features a fresh look to its communal spaces. The networking programme also benefits, with improved facilities to promote productive mixing among delegates.

Enhanced environment

Building on the success of last year’s event which drew over 3,100 visiting industry executives and 234 exhibitors, TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition 2025 gets a new scenography for its public areas. Organic shapes, contrasting materials and warm colours bring a sense of calm harmony to the busy, bustling space. Functional yet comfortable, the sustainable design scheme in wood and metal is punctuated by touches of greenery and visual references to Singapore itself. The new look will dress the registration area, bars, business and press centres, rest areas and TFWA One2One Lounge, along with navigation signage. With both exhibitor and visitor registrations rising noticeably in recent weeks, the new look and feel is set to elevate the delegate experience for many this year. A further refinement for 2025 is the Exhibition’s earlier opening time of 1pm on Monday, allowing more scope for meetings.

Network effects

Another standout feature for 2025 is the upgraded networking programme. The Welcome Cocktail on Sunday night in the Flower Dome at the Gardens by the Bay consistently attracts large numbers (around 1,200 guests in 2024). A new ‘Enchanted Garden’ theme adds a futuristic flourish this year as hundreds of industry professionals reconnect with colleagues and meet fresh faces. Monday morning’s Conference offers further scope for contact-making with its 45-minute coffee break, while the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge (MBS Level 4) benefits from longer operating hours, more substantial food options and a new décor. Open from 6pm to 9pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the Lounge is set to retain its crown as delegates’ favourite networking venue, maybe even adding to the circa 600 people it welcomed every evening last year. Thanks go the partners and sponsors for their generosity in supporting the 2025 summit (see below for details).
