The First Italian Chocolate. Majani is the one of the oldest Italian chocolate factories, founded in Bologna in 1796, and has been in the hands of our family ever since. We produce chocolate starting from raw cocoa beans, following each stage of production, and we handle up to 20 varieties of cocoa. This allows us, after more than two centuries, to always have unique and quality products, which create an ideal combination of tradition and innovation.
