E. Gluck Corporation is the manufacturer of the top-selling Anne Klein and Armitron Watch brands. Anne Klein alone has over 30 years of success as a duty free watch brand with broad appeal in the China and Asia markets at large. In 2020, E. Gluck launched its newest brand, Torgoen, an aviation inspired brand, to the DFTR industry at TR Marketplace. In early 2021, E. Gluck acquired the WITHit Brand and entered into the new product category of wearable accessories for smart watches, such as Apple, FitBit and Samsung. We are seeking new partners in the China duty free market to expand our footprint outside of Hong Kong, given our success there with the Chinese consumer.
