In the first part of this live webinar, author of the soon-to-be-published Global Cruise Retail Understanding Study 2025, Stephen Hillam of Pi Insight, will highlight the key findings from the report and provide an in-depth account of the on-board cruise retail sector across areas including shopper profiles, categories of interest, purchasing dynamics and purchasing behaviours. 

In the second part, we are pleased to welcome industry veterans, Lisa Bauer, President and CEO of Starboard Group and Nadine Heubel SVP Operations – One World Alliance at Sodexo Live! for an informal chat to discuss the implications of the report findings and how they see future of the channel evolving.
