TFWA World Exhibition & Conference
TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2021

We look forward to welcoming everyone to TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes where we are committed to providing you with the safest possible business environment. TFWA is working with French national and local authorities and specialist medical advisors to build a coherent and consistent programme of advanced health and safety measures.

Please ensure you download the TFWA App and consult the FAQ section for any queries you have about these health measures.

Fully vaccinated passengers no longer need a compelling reason to travel to France or to present a Covid-19 test before boarding or upon arrival, regardless of the country from which they started their journey. However, they must present proof of vaccination, a sworn declaration, which can be downloaded from the Interior Ministry’s website stating they have no symptoms of COVID-19 infection and, to their knowledge, have not been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to your journey, and comply with French entry requirements. Only vaccines authorised by the European Medicines Agency (Pfizer (Comirnaty), Moderna, AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Johnson & Johnson (Janssen), or AstraZeneca (Covishield) will be accepted.

The French authorities consider a vaccination certificate valid when:

  • For Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines: 7 days have passed since the second dose.
  • For Johnson & Johnson vaccine: 4 weeks have passed since the single dose.
  • For passengers who have recovered from COVID-19 and been vaccinated: 7 days have passed since the single dose.

A vaccination certificate issued outside France can be converted into a French health pass.

For further details See here

In the absence of a converted vaccination certificate, a negative result from a PCR or antigen test taken at a pharmacy,

available all over France, grants the user a health pass valid for three days (72 hours). Please note that TFWA will make available an antigen testing facility for delegates within the Exhibition perimeter, in front of the Majestic Beach.

Unvaccinated passengers travelling from a country classed "orange" or "red" by the French authorities can only travel to France if they have pressing grounds for travel. The list of pressing grounds is set out in the certificate of international travel drawn up by the Ministry of the Interior. They also must pledge to self-isolate for 7 days ("orange" countries) or be subject to a mandatory 10-day quarantine supervised by security forces ("red" countries). Please visit France Diplomacy for more details including information regarding countries on the “green”, “orange” and “red” list.

We recommend that all visitors download and activate the French "Tous Anti-Covid" App that can be used to house their vaccination certificate or negative test result which they will need on-site in Cannes.

We advise against travelling if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days or are showing COVID-19 symptoms such as but not limited to: fever or a feeling of fever (chills, hot-cold), cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, unusual fatigue, sore throat or headache, loss of or change in sense of smell or taste.

In recent months, the Palais des Festivals in Cannes has taken extensive measures to provide a safe environment for events. These include securing certification as a GBAC Star Facility and putting in place a medical concierge service in partnership with Concilio.

Remember to download and consult the TFWA App for further health-related information on TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2021.
