TFWA is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlène Tourneaux as the Managing Director of TFWA, effective July 15th, 2026.

Charlène brings extensive international experience in building high-performing, multicultural organisations and leading transformational change across complex, multi- market environments, most recently at Brown-Forman where she has held a succession of senior executive roles across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and Global Travel Retail. 

Throughout her career, she has combined financial acumen with a deeply human approach to leadership, creating cultures of collaboration, collective accountability, and operational excellence. 

As Managing Director, Charlène will lead the Association’s team, working closely with the Board, Management Committee, TFWA members and other industry stakeholders to build on TFWA’s successes and continue to deliver value for the duty-free and travel retail industry.
