Juan Alfonso Labraga Brea is the Director of Trade Policy at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Uruguay. He is also a professor of international trade at Universidad ORT Uruguay, and is an expert in international trade policy.

Juan has a Master’s Degree in International Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of the Republic.
