Marcelo Montico is the Chief Executive Officer of Neutral by Luryx, the company acquired by Top Brands International Group in 2019. As head of Neutral, Marcelo leads an organisation with more than 350 employees and 15,000 square metres of commercial space across nine stores in six cities.

Marcelo began his career in travel retail at Philip Morris International, where he was in charge of the Mercosur region. Later based in Panama, he oversaw the market in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

A Uruguayan national, Marcelo has a degree in Business Administration from ORT University and a master’s degree in International Marketing from the graduate department of UDELAR, FCEA in Uruguay.
