A graduate of Sciences-Po and E.M Lyon Business School in France, Sophie Neyertz-Ehrsam has been working at L’Oréal for 11 years. After 6 years in France as Business Development Director then Commercial General Manager, she was appointed Global Retail & Digital General Manager for L’Oréal Travel Retail Worlwide at the end of 2017. She is a member of the L’Oréal Travel Retail Executive Committee and a member of the TFWA Management Committee.
Sophie’s role is to drive the retail & digital transformation of L’Oréal Travel Retail in order to deliver to travellers the most memorable, seamless and integrated O+O beauty experiences on L’Oréal brands all along their travel journey.
Prior to joining L’Oréal Group, Sophie Ney spent 12 years with Mars International, where she held successive managing positions in sales, marketing & strategy, then 5 years in marketing services with Mediaperformances.
