As Founder and CEO of Jingzhi Media Group, he champions China’s rich culture of craftsmanship and innovation through insightful business publications and industry-leading events. 

Charlie manages a bilingual, bicultural team to produce business news stories, groundbreaking reports, in-depth market analyses, and high-profile industry events. His leadership resulted in a landmark study on the impact of overseas Chinese consumers on the global luxury market. 

A thought leader in cross-culture marketing and luxury trends, Charlie has been widely recognized for his expertise in bridging cultural and commercial gaps, helping brands translate Chinese consumer insights into market success. He has shared his knowledge at major global conferences, including Cosmoprof Bologna, LuxePack Monaco, and BeautyMatter Future50 Summit. 

Before founding Jingzhi Media Group, Charlie launched Kollective Influence, a pioneering marketing agency specializing in the impact of overseas Chinese consumers and influencers. Previously, as a partner at China Luxury Advisors, he spearheaded award-winning campaigns for clients such as Beverly Center, leading to significant growth in Chinese traveler engagement. He also developed strategic training programs for the travel and tourism industry in collaboration with Brand USA and Visit California

Charlie holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Shanghai International Studies University.
