Preferential airfares
TFWA has negotiated a discount on Air France and KLM airfares to Singapore for TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference delegates. The discount, 10% on the airfare element of the total ticket cost, is for a limited number of travellers and only available to those who book via Air France and KLM
To claim the discount, follow the normal online booking process and when asked if 'travelling for business', select 'YES' and use 'MICE' as the 'contract name'. Fill in your personal details and proceed to payment at the bottom of the page. Enter the discount code IDC41229AF in the relevant field. Click on 'Send discount code' and, if the conditions* are met, the discount will be applied.

Shuttle service
TFWA has arranged a series of free shuttle-bus services between the Marina Bay Sands venue and the main local hotels.
