Dr. Ian Cesa is the President of Horizon Consumer Science, a company that has been assisting travel retail businesses in understanding traveling consumers for over 30 years. 

The firm has helped airports, travel retailers, and brands address the challenges of effectively reaching traveling consumers. In addition, the firm has conducted the Travel Retail Catalyst Study (TRaCS) since 2012, surveying traveling consumers with consistent methodology. 

This has provided a unique perspective on the changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
