Isabel Zarza is the CEO for Southern Europe at Avolta. In this role, she oversees travel retail and food and beverage operations in Greece, Malta, Spain, Türkiye, and travel retail operations in Italy. With over 25 years of experience in the travel retail industry, Isabel Zarza has previously worked at Aldeasa, World Duty Free, and Dufry, is now known as Avolta.

Previously, Isabel was COO for Central & North Europe and Africa and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at World Duty Free Group until the company was acquired by Dufry in 2015.

Isabel is currently serving as the Retail Lead for Airport Council International (ACI) World's Airport Non-Aeronautical Revenues (ANARA) Group and is also a member of the World Economics Standing Committee for ACI. Previously, she held the position of Vice President at the Middle East Africa Duty Free Association (MEADFA). Isabel was a member of various committees in ACI Africa.

Isabel has earned a law degree from the University of Salamanca in Spain and an MBA from the University of Houston in the United States.
