Ali Tounsi is the Secretary General of Airport Council International for Africa with 64 members in 51 countries and managing 250 airports in the continent.
Mr Tounsi is an engineer with master’s degrees in avionic, telecommunication and airports management. He has over 25 years in airport operations, resources management and infrastructure development. He also oversees information technology projects in facilitation, passenger experience and quality of service.
Mr Tounsi is also a professor at aviation schools and supervises several research projects.
