Ma Yan is the General Manager of Sino-Singapore Chongqing Airport Commercial Management Co. Ltd. (SSCACM). SSCACM is a joint venture between Changi Airports International (CAI) and Chongqing Airport Group to develop the non-aeronautical businesses at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. Under Yan’s leadership, she is tasked with further developing the retail landscape by introducing experiential concepts that promote a sense of place and new product categories and brands. In addition, she oversees the airport's CIP facilities, car park, and advertising. 

Previously, Yan served as Director at Changi Airports International, overseeing projects focused on airport commercial management and traffic development. During her tenure, she planned over 1 million square meters of commercial space within 20 airports, including Rome, Maldives, Samui, Beijing, and Chengdu. She was involved in overseas investment projects and performed commercial and traffic assessments at numerous international airports.
