You Jiangwei is the Chairman of Shenzhen Duty Free Group. Previously, Mr You held numerous governmental roles helping to position the city of Shenzhen as a hub of technology, innovation and service.

Mr You is originally from Jiangsu Province.  Before 2016, Mr You served in an important leading position of Nanshan District Government of Shenzhen which helped him accumulate a wealth of management experience.  After joining the state-owned Shenzhen Duty Free Group, Mr You served as the President and spared no efforts to promote the reform and innovation of business management.  He has been implementing brand and external expansion strategy to lead SZDF from tradition to innovation, which helped the enterprise highly recognized by the society and the market.
