Sung-Bin Im is the Director of the Duty Free Management Team at Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC), a position he held since 2019.

With more than twenty years of experience in the travel retail industry, Sung-Bin’s expertise is in airport business planning, management, terminal commercial operations and marketing. Sung-Bin and his team have helped Incheon Airport’s duty-free concessionaires to provide an extraordinary shopping experience and enhanced passenger convenience. As one of the world’s premier hubs in duty free shopping, Incheon Airport posted a record for annual airport duty-free sales in 2019, at US$2.43 billion.

Prior to his current position, Sung-Bin held numerous projects at Incheon Airport on strategic concession planning and management, retail assortment, tendering and commercial marketing. In 2015-2018, he took part in a consulting project for the new terminal concession development at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, Indonesia.
