Clara Susset is the Travel Retail Research Director and a member of the Board of Directors at m1nd-set.

Clara leads the team of analysts working on travel retail research projects at m1nd-set. She manages the consultancy work for global clients from various categories in travel retail, as well as industry associations and several leading retailers. Clara is also responsible for m1nd-set’s Business 1ntelligence Service, the company’s online platform for travel retail shopping insights and air traffic data.

Clara initially joined the company in 2013 as a project manager after graduating with a master's degree in management from the prestigious HEC business school in Lausanne, Switzerland. As well as her Master's Degree, Clara also has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Neuchâtel.
