Jackllyn joined Lagardère Travel Retail’s Asia Pacific in Singapore in 2019. She has over 20 years of human resources experience, across different industries, including retail, insurance, warehouse and logistics, as well as travel retail. In her current role Jackllyn is responsible for Human Resource Management and Talent Development, in strategizing organizational people management, which involves the implementation of sustainable people strategies in support of workforce engagement. She is also lead on all Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for Singapore and Malaysia, focusing on Planets, Ethics, People and Social.

In addition to her achievements in human resources, Jackllyn has a strong track record on improving team training efficiency and learning experience. She has introduced new programs and strong collaborations across various departments and is skilled in implementing a “people culture” for optimising staff retention. Jackllyn has also successfully organised numerous CSR activities within the organisation.

Jackllyn has a BSC (1st class Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Bradford.
