Rudolph Lohmeyer

Foresight Global Head, National Transformations Institute, Global Business Policy Council

Rudolph Lohmeyer is a Senior Partner in Kearney Foresight and leads both the firm’s National Transformations Institute—part of the Global Business Policy Council—and its International Affairs platform. A recognized expert in scenario-based strategic planning and decision analysis, Rudolph advises Fortune 100 companies, national governments, and leading global institutions on long-term strategy. His work focuses on the intersection of geopolitics, corporate strategy, public policy, and emerging technologies. Previously, he served for five years in a non-political role as the Senior Advisor for Long-Term Strategic Planning at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Strategic Planning. 

Rudolph received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA and MPP in International Policy from the University of Chicago, graduating with honors for his work on the technological dimensions of the U.S.–China strategic relationship. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the World Economic Forum’s Global Foresight Network.
