Nicola Wells

Nicola Wells began her career on the graduate programme at Masterfoods in the UK in 1995, fulfilling a number of field sales and regional management roles. She joined Britvic in 1998, broadening her commercial experience in a number of increasingly senior roles before moving into consumer marketing in 2001, managing major household brands such as Pepsi, 7-Up, Robinsons, Fruit Shoot and J20, before relocating to Ireland in 2007 with PepsiCo. 

Prior to joining Aer Rianta International’s parent company DAA in 2011, Nicola was a member of the Senior Management Team of PepsiCo Ireland Food & Beverage. She joined ARI in 2012 as Head of Global Customer Strategy and was appointed Director of Global Customer Strategy and Marketing in 2013.
