Cecile Naour has been leading the travel retail activity for Cartier globally for two years. She started her career in 2000 in human resources consulting, and joined L’Oréal Group in 2008 as Group Compensation Director. In 2009, she changed her career orientation and moved to L’Oréal Travel Retail as Area Manager for Southern Europe. She was promoted General Manager of L’Oreal Travel Retail for APAC after two years, where she supported the fast-growing presence of the brands in the region.

Cecile joined Cartier in 2014, broadening her business development experience in the Middle East, India & Africa before moving back to travel retail in 2017, based in Hong Kong. In her role, she defines the global travel retail strategy for Cartier, and coordinates local action plans with local market heads, ensuring consistency and excellency of experiences in various channels.

Cecile has been part of the TFWA Management Committee since 2018.
