Gilles Roucolle

Gilles Roucolle is Managing Partner of Oliver Wyman and Global Head of Industries. He is a member of the Executive Committee of its parent company, Marsh International.

Over the past 35 years, Gilles has conducted numerous high-stakes strategic and operational assignments globally across virtually all mobility sectors, including travel and leisure, hospitality, travel distribution, aviation, and airports.

Gilles has in-depth experience in corporate strategy, operations strategy and management, M&A, post-merger integration, customer value growth, and overall enterprise transformation.

Gilles is the author of the book Transformations in Mobility and has also contributed articles to the World Economic Forum website on the future of mobility, including the future of airports. He is a regular representative of the firm at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a chartered engineer with an MSc from École Centrale Paris. He also holds a degree in Economics from Paris-Sorbonne University.
