Lucia Ranz

Lucia Ranz is Conference Project Manager at TFWA, where she contributes to the planning, development and delivery of the association's conferences and workshops. 

Before joining TFWA, Lucia coordinated executive education programmes at INSEAD, bringing together senior executives from around the world to learn, exchange ideas and address business challenges. 

Previously, Lucia worked at the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Paris, where she supported Spanish companies in their international expansion and coordinated trade missions and institutional events. Earlier in her career, she delivered MICE events for international corporate clients in the luxury hospitality sector. 

Originally from Spain and based in Paris, Lucia enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures and is always curious to explore new perspectives and experiences.
