As the CEO of premium Belgian chocolatier Neuhaus, Ignace van Doorselaere is responsible for running all facets of the business. He has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in the fashion and food and beverage industries.
Prior to joining Neuhaus, Ignace was the CEO of Van de Velde, one of the oldest lingerie brands in Belgium. At Van de Velde he led the transformation of a family-run brand into an enterprise-focused company, doubling its turnover. From 1990-2002, he held numerous executive positions at AB InBev, heading its corporate strategy in Western Europe where he led the design and implementation of all sales and marketing strategies contributing to its branding as the ‘world’s local beer’.
Ignace is a board member of several companies, including Patrinvest, Kinepolis and Sibomat. He has authored several books on leadership and is a contributor to Belgian newspapers such as De Tijd, Trends and De Standaard. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and has founded two non-profit organisations, 4F and One Child One Dream, whose mission is mentoring and harnessing talent among disadvantaged young people.
Ignace earned his MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
