Reflecting the continued evolution of the Asia-Pacific market, this year’s event presents a comprehensive and carefully curated schedule of conference sessions, workshops, exhibition activity and networking events. With a strong emphasis on innovation, regional insight and experience-led engagement, the programme is designed to support meaningful exchange and forward-looking dialogue across all sectors of the industry.
The 2026 edition is set to welcome around 3,000 visitors, including major airports, airlines, cruise lines and other duty-free and travel retail stores. There is a record number of pre-registered airports (58), and strong participation from retailers across the region and beyond. This high-quality visitor profile underscores the event’s position as a key meeting point for decision-makers across the travel retail ecosystem.

With less than two weeks to go, the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2026 will showcase a refined exhibition layout designed to enhance navigation and connection. Bringing together nearly 200 exhibiting companies, the event highlights strong industry engagement.
The show will be organised into category-focused “Worlds,” supporting intuitive exploration, increased brand visibility, and high-quality interaction between exhibitors, buyers, and partners. Clear zoning across levels will be complemented by central meeting hubs acting as key points of connection.
Confirmed areas include World of Beauty, World of Fashion & Accessories, World of Wines & Spirits, World of Confectionery & Fine Food, alongside World of Innovation, Launchpad and Taste of the World.
The Conference Line-Up
