New for 2026, Taste of the World introduces a more immersive approach to food and beverage within the exhibition. Conceived as a flexible, content-led environment, the space will feature a strong Kitchen Theatre, a signature bar concept and the full integration of the TFWA Asia Pacific Lounge, alongside high-level masterclasses and curated F&B conversations.
Moving away from a traditional exhibitor model, it is designed to encourage discovery, exchange, and informal networking. The 2026 edition will focus on thought leadership and experiential moments, while the concept will evolve towards a more focused exhibitor format in 2027.

This masterclass introduces the cultural heritage and natural benefits of Japanese ume, which has been enjoyed for centuries. We will share the story of ume as a traditional health ingredient, known for its refreshing taste and wellness properties. Guests will experience CHOYA’s approach to innovation through non-alcoholic drinks made with ume syrup. These drinks will be paired with Japanese sweets such as castella and traditional steamed sweet buns (Ume-Musubi manju) to highlight harmonious flavor combinations.
