Dr. Lianping Ren is an Assistant Professor and Academic Coordinator of Tourism Retail and Marketing Management Program at the Institute for Tourism Studies in Macao. Her research areas include hotel service quality, consumer behaviour, traveller experience, hotel branding and strategic studies. Dr. Ren is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Global Scholar in Marketing Science. Her research has been published in numerous academic journals.
Dr. Ren is a committee member of Quality Tourism Service Accreditation. She is also a certified hospitality and tourism instructor by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute since 2009.
Dr. Ren holds a doctorate from the School of Hotel and Tourism Management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master’s degree from the University of Warwick.
