Jesús Abia

Jesús has been with L’Oréal Groupe - the world’s NO.1 beauty company - since 2010, holding senior positions across several of the Groupe’s subsidiaries and headquarters from Asia to Europe, including 7 impactful years at L’Oréal Travel Retail Americas and L’Oreal Travel Retail Asia Pacific. In 2019, Jesús came back to his home country Spain as General Manager for YSL Beauty and Biotherm, and then to Paris as General Manager Europe for the Luxe couture brands Prada - Mugler -Valentino - Viktor&Rolf, before moving to Singapore in July 2024 as Managing Director for L’Oreal Travel Retail Asia Pacific, heading up an entity of nearly 400 employees and a powerful portfolio of 22 beauty brands, including Lancôme, Giorgio Armani, YSL Beauty, Helena Rubinstein, L’Oréal Paris, Kérastase, SkinCeuticals, Aesop. 

Jesús is recognized for his strategic vision and acute business mindset, as well as his entrepreneurial spirit and his inspiring modern leadership style. All these qualities, and his strong knowledge of the Travel Retail eco-system, will play a key role to keep strengthening the co-development of L’Oréal Brands in the Asia Pacific region. 

Jesús holds an MBA, and speaks fluently in English, Spanish, French.
